Terms and Conditions

Welcome to jackchabowski.com. By accessing or using this website and engaging Jack Chabowski Music Entertainment for any services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services

Jack Chabowski offers professional music production, mixing and mastering, and composition services. All service agreements, pricing, timelines, and deliverables are established individually for each project and confirmed in writing prior to commencement of work.

2. Payments

A deposit is required to secure your project booking. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be outlined in your individual service agreement. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Final files and deliverables are released upon receipt of full payment.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives a license to use the completed recordings for the purposes agreed upon. Jack Chabowski retains the right to credit his involvement in the production, mixing, mastering, or composition of the work. Ownership of underlying compositions and sound recordings remains as specified in each project agreement.

4. Revisions

Each service package includes a set number of revisions as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the final files.

5. Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Jack Chabowski will make every reasonable effort to meet agreed deadlines. Delays caused by late submission of client materials, extensive revision requests, or circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery timelines.

6. Confidentiality

All project materials, unreleased recordings, and client information shared during the course of a project will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without the client's written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Jack Chabowski Music Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services provided. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hamilton, Ontario.
